Sabal Homes - New Construction Home Builder

Sabal Homes LLC was started by three Carolina natives, Matt Jones, Jason Simpson and Todd Ussery. They all had a strong background in land acquisition, construction and customer service. The trio named their company after South Carolina's state tree the Sabal Palm. Sabal Homes uses the historic architecture of the low county to build create their homes and floor plans. They have built all over the Charleston, South Carolina area. Sabal Homes is both a ENERGY STAR PARTNER and they also build Earthcraft homes. They also let their customer's needs influence their homes to create a home that is functional as well as beautiful. In 2006 and 2007, Sabal Homes won the Prism Award from Charleston Trident Home Builders Association, including three awards for excellent customer service.

Recently, Sabal Homes announced that it has joined with Bank of America Mortgage to offer home buyers a GREEN MORTGAGE (Energy Efficient Mortgage ("EEM") alternative). The EEM recognizes that energy efficient homes cost homeowners less to operate on a monthly basis than standard homes because they use less energy. Home buyers who choose energy efficient homes can afford to spend more on their housing expenses because they will likely spend less on their energy costs. The EEM allows borrowers to qualify for a larger mortgage as a result of the energy savings. The EEM will benefit those buying new, energy efficient new homes at Foxbank Plantation in Moncks Corner, The Abbey at Wescott Plantation in North Charleston, Indigo Chase at Planter's Pointe in Mount Pleasant, and Branch Creek in Summerville.
