Carol Oaks Subdivision in Mount Pleasant SC is located off of HWY 41. Carol Oaks is a new Homes community that is currently under construction. The master plan will include green space, ponds and 46 Single Family Homes. Meridian Home builders is the builder for this development. Rick Estee learned the building business from his father. His father was a developer and builder for over 30 years. When his father wanted to retire, Rick began Meridian Home builders and has built in over 14 communities on the South Carolina coastline.
